Coach Gigi is the founder of Midlife Strength & Stability and creator of the Midlife Strength & Stability Method. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and advanced training in health coaching, functional medicine principles, and metabolic health, she helps women understand why their bodies change during midlife—and what to do about it.
After navigating her own health challenges and years of helping others improve their health, Gigi developed the Midlife Strength & Stability Method to provide a practical, sustainable approach to wellness for women over 40. Her coaching focuses on building metabolic stability through simple, foundational habits that support energy, strength, blood sugar balance, recovery, and long-term health.
Gigi believes lasting change comes from education, consistency, and self-trust—not perfection. Through coaching, teaching, and community support, she helps women create a personalized path to better health while building confidence in their ability to care for themselves for years to come.
