My Story
Over the years I noticed a pattern among many women entering midlife. They were doing their best to stay healthy, yet their bodies seemed to stop cooperating. Energy became inconsistent, weight patterns changed, and stress or sleep challenges became harder to manage.

This work is personal for me as well.
​
Like many women, I have navigated my own health challenges, including autoimmune disease and a season of major depressive disorder. Those experiences taught me how deeply the body’s systems are connected — metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep, and nutrition all influence how we feel and function each day.

Rather than searching for quick fixes, I focused on building sustainable rhythms that support the body’s natural stability. By consistently applying these principles, I was able to restore my own energy, resilience, and overall well-being.

My faith also played an important role in that journey. It reminded me that healing often happens through steady, faithful steps rather than dramatic overnight change.

Those experiences shaped the way I coach today. I care deeply about helping women understand what is happening in their bodies and guiding them toward practical, sustainable changes that build strength, stability, and long-term health.

The Midlife Strength & Stability Method grew out of that work — combining practical science, lived experience, and compassionate coaching to help women move forward with clarity and confidence.

The experiences that shaped my own journey also shaped the way I approach coaching. I focus on helping women understand their bodies, stabilize the systems that support health, and build habits that create lasting strength and resilience.

• insulin resistance and blood sugar stability

Completed three levels of integrative health and functional medicine coaching education focused on understanding how lifestyle patterns influence metabolic health, inflammation, digestion, stress, and overall resilience.

Training in evidence-based coaching techniques that support sustainable behavior change, habit formation, and personal growth—helping clients translate knowledge into meaningful daily action.
