Thank you for choosing LorisRose Resources LLC. We value your trust and are committed to transparency in all business practices. Please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing any coaching services or digital products from our website.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Coaching Services: This includes one-on-one sessions, coaching packages, memberships, group coaching programs, or any customized guidance.

  • Digital Products: This includes all downloadable files, printables, templates, journals, guides, trackers, or any online resources provided via email or download link.

Once a service is rendered or a digital product is accessed or delivered, the sale is considered complete.

2. Coaching Service Commitment

Coaching services require a mutual investment of time, energy, and effort. As such:

  • Clients are responsible for showing up to scheduled sessions and participating fully.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, client non-participation, or lack of results.

  • Rescheduling may be available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically via email or immediate download. By completing your purchase, you gain instant access to proprietary content that cannot be returned. For this reason, all digital product sales are non-refundable.

4. Duplicate Charges or Access Issues

If you experience any technical issues preventing access to your purchase or you believe you were charged more than once, please contact us immediately. We will resolve duplicate charges or technical problems as quickly as possible.

5. Arizona Law Compliance

We comply with Arizona consumer protection laws. Arizona does not require businesses to offer refunds; however, we are committed to clearly disclosing our policy to ensure fairness and clarity. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
